Paul Feller

Chairman of Board of Directors

Mr. Feller has been involved with the management of live entertainment events for over 15 years. He has been the President & CEO of Pro Sports & Entertainment, Inc. since November 1998 except during the period from February 2002 to November of 2004 when he left to work on his M.B.A .at Pepperdine University. Prior to founding Pro Sports & Entertainment, he served as COO and CEO of PSI, an international live entertainment business which operated sports events in Asia, Europe and North America. Mr. Feller had responsibility for developing PSI’s new markets in China and the US.

He negotiated agency rights and agreements with the America’s Cup syndicate, Professional Volleyball Tour, Disney’s Freedom Bowl, Andretti Indy Racing Team, Long Beach Marathon, and both the Vancouver Open and ATP Shanghai Open Tennis Tournaments. As head of PSI’s Asia division, Mr. Feller managed a $35 million revenue operation, developed agreements with STAR Television and China’s CCTV and operated the first international professional soccer tournament in China. He has been a member of the Los Angeles Sports Council, Orange County Sports Council, Asia International Business and Entertainment Association, US Professional Cycling Association, and the UK Professional Cycling Association.

Prior to PSI, Mr. Feller was a vice president of marketing and sales with Osborne Computer Corporation and a senior engineer with McDonnell Douglas. Mr. Feller attended Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering, attended Columbus University working towards his Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law degree and attended Pepperdine University for his MBA degree.

Douglas DeLuca

Board Member

During his tenure at ProElite, Mr. DeLuca negotiated and closed deals for ProElite with a number of media entities including Showtime Networks, CBS Television, Mark Burnett Productions, IMG, and Fox Sports Net. These deals propelled ProElite from a concept to the only Mixed Martial Arts organization to be broadcast live on network television in primetime. Doug is a seasoned producer with an extremely diverse background that encompasses over eighteen years of experience producing feature films, TV series and specials, commercials, music videos, theater, and a wide variety of live events around the world. Currently, Mr. De Luca is co-executive producer for “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” now in its eighth season and he has been co-executive producer for Comedy Central’s “The Man Show,” NBC’s annual “The World’s Greatest Magic” and “The Walt Disney World Christmas Parade.” He has also produced the “Universal Circus” road tour in over 40 U.S. cities, Disney’s weekly series “Two Hour Tour,” with acts such as Christine Aguilera, Enrique Iglesias and 98 Degrees, and numerous documentaries for A&E, The Discovery Channel, and the History Channel.

Glenn Golenberg

Board Member

Mr. Golenberg has been engaged in the financial services industry since 1966 and been involved in transactions that have historically included mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPO’s), financial restructurings, venture capital financings, and leveraged buyouts (LBO’s).

Prior to that time, he was a C.P.A. with Arthur Andersen. Since 1978, Mr. Golenberg has been a co-founder and Managing Director of Golenberg & Company, a merchant banking firm that invests in and offers financial advisory services to a wide variety of businesses. He is also a Managing Director of The Bellwether Group, a merchant bank which provides strategic and financial consulting services to expansion-stage emerging technology and life-science related companies.

Mr. Golenberg is a Director of Grill Concepts, Inc. and has been a director of numerous publicly held companies in the past.

Mr. Golenberg was a member of the Business Advisory Council at his alma mater, Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and served on the Graduate Executive Board of the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his M.B.A. degree. Mr. Golenberg joined the board in April 2009.

Keith Walner

Senior Counsel/Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs

Keith Walner has 20 years of experience as an attorney and a business & legal affairs executive within the entertainment industry handling a wide range of matters for live sports and entertainment events, as well as media distribution for major network broadcast television, premium cable, satellite television, and pay-per-view distribution.

Mr. Walner oversees all company legal matters, including production, distribution, censonsorship, advertising, and rights clearance. He handles all content acquisition and licensing for all domestic and international events and distribution and manages the organization’s intellectual property rights. He received a J.D. from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. from the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. Mr. Walner is a licensed attorney by the state bars of California and Illinois.

Kyle Lee

Director of Information Technology

Kyle Lee oversees all company IT matters, including infrastructure design, network, programming, and consulting. Since 1996, he has also worked for Software House, Fidelity National Tax Services, CyberMesh and tvK24 where he held key positions responsible for designing, building, and managing Information Technology infrastructures.

In 1996 Mr. Lee started his professional career as a network software engineer handling wide area networks for multiple clients. In 1998, Mr. Lee accepted an offer from Fidelity National Tax Services to administer and design entire FNTS satellite offices located all over United States. In 2000, Mr. Lee’s broad knowledge in networks and design initiated a start of venture capital company CyberMesh as Chief Technology Officer, VoIP global network company with presence in United States, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Guam and Saipan, servicing 10 million calls monthly. In 2004, Mr. Lee joined Television Korea 24, Inc., leading Korean language TV network in United States, as IT manager designing and implementing IT infrastructure including broadcasting networks.

Anna Yergat

Controller

Anna Yergat graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelors Degree in Business/Law and a Masters in Business Administration. After working as an accountant for six years at an international food manufacturing/distribution company, Miss Yergat decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment accounting. Shortly after moving in 2006, she was one of the first employees hired at ProElite, Inc and began working under the CFO.
